We are pleased to offer an on-site jewellery workshop expertly run by Zara on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Zara carries out a wide range of routine jewellery alterations and repairs on site, including ring resizing which can often be completed within an hour or two, subject to availability. She works with 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold, including white gold as well as silver.

These services are competitively priced and completed within a short timescale where possible.

 

More detailed repairs such as claw work on rings or alterations to platinum jewellery, may take up to 10 days to complete. For bespoke and hand made commissions we aim for a 4-6 week turnaround or a timeframe that suits your requirements.

 

We also work with a skilled watch and clock maker who undertakes repairs to timepieces with the same care and expertise. He collects new work and returns completed repairs weekly, with most repairs completed within two weeks, subject to the availability of parts.
