Repairs by Zara

We have an onsite workshop run expertly by Zara on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  She will carry out all routine alterations, such as ring re-sizing, onsite and time permitting within an hour or two.  She will alter and repair 9, 14 and 18 carat gold including white gold and also silver.  Chain repairs, re-rhodium plating, broken catch replacement, pearl and bead stringing etc all competitively priced and carried out within a small timescale.  More intricate repairs such as claw work on rings or alterations to platinum jewellery may take up to 10 days to complete.  Bespoke/handmade commissions,we endeavour to complete within a 4 to 6 week timescale or when is suitable for you.

We have a skilled watch and clock maker that does all of our repairs to your precious time pieces.  He works from home so comes in Tuesday  to collect new work and deliver completed work.  Also competitively priced, he will complete your repair within a week, dependant on parts, if any are required.
