Put by Service Terms and Conditions

A minimum deposit of 10% of the total product(s) value is required to be paid in the shop. On receipt of your minimum deposit we will take the item(s) out of our stock until the "Put By" period has elapsed.

Once the required deposit is paid, the item will be saved for you for an agreed period of time, after the initial "Put By" request was made. At the time the deposit is paid, you will receive a receipt for the deposit amount that will also indicate the item you have reserved, the total price of the item, the balance that is required to be paid, and the date by which the balance should be paid.

If the balance for an item is not paid in full by the due date, the item will be put back into stock and sold or "Put By" to the next customer requesting the item. We will not (under any circumstances) refund any deposits for items not paid for in full by the due date. (You may exchange deposits paid for goods or a credit note be issued).
All Deposit and balance payments must be made at the shop at 42 Gabriels Hill, Maidstone, Kent. ME15 6JJ
